This program aims to recognise the athletes who are achieving great results across all event group disciplines.
The ANQ J Squad is a recognition and rewards program for North Queensland athletes that have achieved at high levels in all event group disciplines. This squad is for athletes from 10 years to 13 years.

The ANQ Squad is a recognition and rewards program for North Queensland athletes that have achieved at high levels in track and field and out of stadia.

Queensland Athletics Q Squad Standards U16, U18, U20
The Q Squad, "Queensland Talent", has been established to recognise the Queensland athletes that have achieved a performance of notable standard.
The standards have been set to reflect performances of a standard above Australian Championship Entry Standards that have not met the A Squad standard.

Australian Masters Athletics Standards 30+ yrs
The AMA Standards are a way to recognise the performances of Australian Masters athletes. Many athletes may put in good performances but not at the venue where they may be rewarded by an AMA Championship Medal. The AMA Standards Certificate becomes permanent recognition of such performances achieved anywhere in an AMA approved competition.
