Don & Colleen Wilson Sportsperson Award

Awarded to a senior athlete who is assessed on the following criteria: Sportsmanship, Participation, Enthusiasm, and assisting at Club , Inter-clubs and carnivals.

Oliver Rule

Athlete of the Year Award

This award is presented to one athlete in each division either male or female. The award is judged by ANQ and looks at the athlete performance at club level during the year including, records achieved, ANQ standards achieved, and other ANQ event achievements.

Junior:   Vogue Miles

Youth:    James Galea

Senior:   Lorraine Rutland

Merit Awards

An award that recognises volunteer services to Mackay Athletics Club over a period of years.

Club Champions

Awarded to the female and male athlete who obtains the highest overall score in the Age Champions.

Female:    Harper Miles and Alanna Oliver (123 points)        Male:    Max Radovic (117 Points)

Age Champions

Awarded to the male and female athlete in each age group based on the top club championship pointscore.  The athlete must have participated in at least 5 club day events.
