2020 Annual Award Winners
Don & Colleen Wilson Sportsperson Award
Awarded to a senior athlete who is assessed on the following criteria: Sportsmanship, Participation, Enthusiasm, and assisting at Club , Inter-clubs and carnivals.
Due to the the nature of the 2020 club season, the committee decided to not run the Don & Colleen Wilson Sportsperson Award as there were very limited evets for the criteria to be meet.
Athlete of the Year Award
This award is presented to one athlete in each division either male or female. The award is judged by ANQ and looks at the athlete performance at club level during the year including, records achieved, ANQ standards achieved, and other ANQ event achievements.
Junior: Vouge Miles
Youth: Ava Barron
Senior: Justin Rule
Club Champions
Awarded to the female and male athlete who obtains the highest overall score in the Age Champions.
Female: Vogue Miles (93 Points) Male: Brodie Lamb (93 Points)
Age Champions
Awarded to the male and female athlete in each age group based on the top club championship pointscore. The athlete must have participated in at least 5 club day events.
