The following is a guideline to this club day. Where advice needs to be updated, we will let those who have registered know asap before the event.

  • ATHLETES AGED 12 AND OVER HAVE THE OPTION TO DO SPRINT HURDLES HOWEVER THEY MUST REGISTER THAT THEY INTEND TO DO THE SPRINT HURDLES NO LATER THAN THURSDAY 18 MARCH 7PM.  CLICK HERE TO REGISTER.  ATHLETES WHO DO NOT REGISTER, WILL DO THE STANDARD ALLOCATED SPRINT EVENT AS IN THE PROGRAM.

  • New Members must first register as a full member, trial member or day member no later than Thursday 18 March 7.00pm

    • Athletes under 15yrs must have a parent/carer in attendance and be prepared to assist in event duties.
    • No walk-in new member registration. It must be all done online and no later than 2 days before a club day.

  • Everyone must follow all hygiene requirements
    • Hand Sanitiser stations will be placed at all event areas. Everyone is to use these before play equipment is used.
    • Cleaning spray and cloths will be at each event area. All equipment is to be sprayed and wiped before the next person uses it.
    • At the conclusion of the event, all equipment is to be sprayed and wiped ready for the next group. This includes measure spikes, measure tapes, rakes etc.
    • Bring your own water bottle filled and bring your own sunscreen
  • Everyone must practice Social Distancing
    • Scan the QR Code on arrival and register youself and your family/group in attendance

    • Enter and leave the facility via the designated entry and exit points.
    • Enter the field of play via the gates located at the finish line
    • Exit the field of play via the gate located near the start line
    • While on the field of play, and waiting for events, keep 1.5mtrs apart

  • Do Not
    • Attend if the athlete and/or attending parent or carer, currently or in the past 14 days, experienced any cold, flu or COVID 19 symptoms? (Fever, coughing, sore throat and/or shortness of breath).
    • Attend if the athlete and/or attending parent/carer, in the past 14 days has been in contact with anyone known or suspected of having COVID 19?

  • Do
    • Arrive on time and ready to begin.
    • Warm up outside the facility in a safe place.
    • Assist where you can in helping run a great club day for all
    • Be patient while we all learn and introduce changes to our club events.
    • Be thankful to club volunteers.
    • Show support and encouragement to our members and families.
