We invite all full members and immediate families to attend as we present the annual awards and participation awards.  It will be held at the Mackay ARC Athletics Centre, where we will have a range of fun activities starting at 10.30am, follwed by a BBQ lunch and then the award presentations, concluding at 2.30pm.  

The invitation is to all full paid athletes and immediate family only.  A free BBQ Lunch will be served with water and soft drinks available.

Please remember to bring your own fold up chairs or picnic rug.  No alcohol allowed.  The facility canteen is open for other food and drink sales if needed.
