Members 12yrs and above must let us know if you are doing the hurdle event or doing the alternate event.  If you do not let us know either way, we will assume you are doing the alternate Event

12-13yrs Alternate Event is 200m Sprint

14-29yrs Aletnate Event is 200m Sprint

30yrs + Alternate Event is 60m Sprint
