Existing Members - there is no need to pre-register unless there is a change from previous parent/carer information you have provided us.   REMEMBER.  DO NOT ATTEND IF UNWELL.

The following is a guideline to this club day. Where advice needs to be updated, we will let those who have registered know asap before the event.

  • Timetable and Event Program – Saturday 12 September 
    • All Age Groups start at 12:30pm 
    • Age as at 31 Dec 2020 

  • Sprint Hurdles
    • This week, we will be including sprint hurdles in our event linup for all ages.  Due to the time and effort to set up senior hurdles we will require athletes aged 12yrs and above to advise if they are doing the hurdle event or the alternate event.

  • New Members who have not been to a club day, must first register as a full member or day member and then come back here and complete the club day registration.

    • Athletes under 15yrs must have a parent/carer in attendance and be prepared to assist in event duties.
    • Only one parent/carer per athlete to attend. Other family members should not attend if possible.
    • No walk-in new member registration. It must be all done online and no later than 2 days before a club day.
    • Want to participate but not a member? You must use the Membership Registration Link before completing this attendance register.
    • New Member registration to attend the 8th August club day closes THURSDAY 10 September 7.00pm
    • A register of attendees will be forwarded to the facility operators as required by the state goverment.
  • Everyone must follow all hygiene requirements
    • Hand Sanitiser stations will be placed at all event areas. Everyone is to use these before play equipment is used.
    • Cleaning spray and cloths will be at each event area. All equipment is to be sprayed and wiped before the next person uses it.
    • At the conclusion of the event, all equipment is to be sprayed and wiped ready for the next group. This includes measure spikes, measure tapes, rakes etc.
    • Bring your own water bottle filled and bring your own sunscreen
  • Everyone must practice Social Distancing
    • Enter and leave the facility via the designated entry and exit points.
    • Enter the field of play via the gates located at the finish line
    • Exit the field of play via the gate located near the start line
    • While on the field of play, and waiting for events, keep 1.5mtrs apart
    • Where possible keep a lane spare between athletes in sprint races though this is not being enforced.

  • Do Not
    • Attend if the athlete and/or attending parent or carer, currently or in the past 14 days, experienced any cold, flu or COVID 19 symptoms? (Fever, coughing, sore throat and/or shortness of breath).
    • Attend if the athlete and/or attending parent/carer, in the past 14 days has been in contact with anyone known or suspected of having COVID 19?

  • Do
    • Arrive on time and ready to begin.
    • Warm up outside the facility in a safe place.
    • Assist where you can in helping run a great club day for all
    • Be patient while we all learn and introduce changes to our club events.
    • Be thankful to club volunteers.
    • Show support and encouragement to our members and families.
