Our Summer Series Meet 2 on Saturday 20 January 2024 has Pole Vaut on it's program. We are offering therfore a small Pole Vault Coaching Clinic for athletes 12+ years before the actual competition starts at 4pm. Complete beginners are required to attend the coaching clinic before being allowed to compete due to Pole Vault being a specialised event where certain safety and technical aspects have to be understood before participating. Athletes of all abilities are invited to attend the coaching clinic. If you have previous experience you are welcome to jump in later during the clinic. For the first hour practice will be mostly on the grass. 

All athletes are required to register. Please state if you have previous experience.
