Our club day on Saturday 26 August 2023 has Pole Vaut on it's program. As it is a specialised event where certain safety and technical aspects have to be understood before attempting Pole Vault a mini coaching clinic will be held one hour before the start of competition. Any athlete who is trying Pole Vault for the first time is required to attend and register.
