Athletics North Queensland will be holding a four-hour coaching clinic in Mackay on Saturday the 23rd of April.  This clinic will focus on the fundamentals of athletics and will be split into two mini clinics.  From 8:00am till 9:00am the clinic will target athletes aged between 4 and 9 years old focussing on running, jumping, and throwing fundamentals.  From 9:00am till 12:00 midday, athletes aged 10 and over will cover event specific fundamentals.  Improve your skills, have fun, and learn from a national level coach.  Parents and coaches are welcome and encouraged to come along.
