• To participate in this club day,  you must first register as a full member, or day member no later than Thursday 12 May 7.00pm.  If you are already a 2022 Mackay Athletics Club member, there is no need to let us know if you are attending this event or not.

  • Athletes under 15yrs must have a parent/carer in attendance and be prepared to assist in event duties.
  • No walk-in new member registration. It must be all done online and no later than 2 days before a club day.
  • Want to participate but not a member? You must use the Membership Registration Link 
• Everyone must follow all hygiene requirements
  • Hand Sanitiser stations will be placed at all event areas. 
  • Cleaning spray and cloths will be at each event area to assist in keeping these areas and equipment clean. 
  • Bring your own water bottle filled and bring your own sunscreen

• Do Not
  • attend if the athlete and/or attending parent or carer or family, is unwell or is a close contact with someone who is unwell with Covid-19 or has symptoms of Covid-19

• Do
  • Arrive on time and ready to begin.
  • Assist where you can in helping run a great club day for all
  • Be patient while we all learn and introduce changes to our club events.
  • Be thankful to club volunteers.
  • Show support and encouragement to our members and families.
