Mackay Athletics Club Inc. has available for hire a range of athletics equipment and offer event day services at the Mackay Aquatic & Recreation Complex.
Please read the terms and conditions below and complete all contact details and equipment requirements.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All equipment, including sector tapes (if field not line marked), will be placed on trolleys ready to take out to the event stations. It is the hirer’s responsibility to take the equipment out to the event stations.
- Upon completion of the event, all equipment is to be placed back onto the trolleys and taken back to the storage sheds. Failure to return the equipment in a neat manner will result in a $50.00 additional charge.
- Damage to equipment must be reported to Mackay Athletics Club. The hirer will be responsible for the costs to repair or replace damaged equipment.
- Hirer’s cannot just take other equipment form the storage sheds without approval from Mackay Athletics Club. This may incur an additional charge. If you do need additional equipment on the day, please contact the club on 0431 973 129
- After inspection of the returned equipment, the club will email an invoice for payment within 14days.
- Facility Hire is not included in the equipment hire form. Please contact the Mackay ARC facility managers on 07 4847 5400.
- Pyramid and Xmas Tree Spikes on shoes are the only permitted spikes allowed. No Needle type spikes can be used. Your athletes must be advised of this before the event.
